Cancellation of Orders – Refunds
If the online order was completed and the product has not been dispatched yet, contact us by phone at (+30) 28210 40350 during working hours and we will cancel the order and proceed on a full refund.
Also, returns are accepted in case of:
1) Incorrect product code delivery, dispatched by the store. In this case, the customer is not charged for the return shipping costs.
2) Damaged product delivery, due to poor packaging. In this case, our company shall replace the product with no extra charges for the customer.
3) Customer’s request to not keep the product(s) they received. If the customer does not wish to keep the product(s), they can return it without any extra charges within 30 working days from the day the package was delivered to them and they will get a full refund. Returns are accepted strictly within 15 days from the order’s dispatch. For out-of-Greece residents more flexible conditions can be applied, depending on the occasion.
